Arts

first mixed media (floral)

Ahh the peace and serenity of this longing lady. This represents to me the love and longing that I have for art. I could do it all day, every day and never feel satiated. At least I don't think so at this stage in my life. This mixed media is so fun, yet serene in it's soft colors. And OH YEAH, I love vintagey stuff! The woman in the art is from the cover of a vintage paper sheet music publication. Super old, found at an Estate Sale and now made new, repurposed and more modern. Ooolala!

Hahaha This one just makes me laugh. I painted the ducky on photo paper, and the lyrics of course are Outkast. Aint nobody dope as me.... SING it!

Crafts

Here are a couple lanyards that I have made. Each lanyard takes about one hour to complete (give or take). Most of my beads were given to me by my mother-in-law. She got me started with jewelry making!
